Under the patronage of Aswan university president Prof. Ahmed Ghallab and the vice president of education and student’s affairs Prof. Hanan Abd Al Moneam, Aswan university’s Student’s for Egypt group has organized a workshop entitled” skills of leadership and characteristics of the successful leader”. The workshop was lectured by the two experts in human development Sheriaf Al Mallah and Nevein Fares.
In the same context, the general coordinator of Students for Egypt group Dr. Ahmed Abd Al Sadeq Mohammed said that the workshop aims at developing innovative and leadership abilities among the students as well as enhancing student’s awareness on the significance of being effective in their society, he added that the workshop handled several issues of which the most prominent were:
- Leadership skills
- Decision making
