Outstanding Training Center at Faculty of Science launches the Sustainable Development Training Initiative

Under patronage of University President, Prof. Loai Nasrat_Vice President of the University for Education and Student Affairs, Prof. Abo Al-Hassan Mohamed_ Faculty Dean_ and vice deans. The initiative to train students and the local community was launched by offering a group of specialized courses, starting with the plant tissue culture course, the theoretical and practical activities of which were held in the plant tissue culture laboratory in the Faculty’s Botany Department, under the supervision of Dr. Tarik Radwan_ Laboratory Supervisor and Ms. Rita Victor.

The training was conducted by Dr. Hemaida Abdel-Fattah and Dr. Ali Mohamed Hussein, and the second phase for training students of the Biotechnology Department at Faculty of Agriculture was completed, in coordination between Prof. Alaa Al-Sohagy_Vice Dean of Faculty of Science for Student Affairs, and Prof. Mohamed Abo Al-Lail_ Vice Dean of Faculty of Agriculture for Student Affairs. Prof. Louai Nasrat_ Vice President of University for Education and Student Affairs_ honored the students and distributed certificates.
