Under the patronage of Prof.Ahmed Ghallab Mohamed –Aswan University President, Prof.Hanan Abdul Moneam Awad –Vice President for Education and Students Affairs , Mr.Hatem Yossry-General Manager of Students Welfare, Mr. Makram Khogaly –Families Administration Director , Students Union in cooperation with the high families committee ,secretary of the committee and Mr. Ahmed Shaheen- assistant secretary.
Ghallab opened the proceedings of week and take a tour and check some activities, and watching the students during the competitions also checked the students in tour land, the scouts present line to show the activities of scout for the participated families then greeted the flag with the scouts of student families, he also motivates students and paradises their efforts under the supervision of Mrs.Sohila Ahmed-Responsible of Scout Administration.
