Vision:
Alumni Department of Aswan University aims primarily to provide all services to the graduate students and to facilitate the procedures for their graduation from the university, and then continuous communication with the university’s graduates with the aim of exchanging experiences between graduates and students and the university administration, so that the graduate becomes an ambassador for the university in the labor market.
Mission:
Upgrading the performance of Aswan University graduates, raising their efficiency, developing their capabilities, creating communication, follow
up to their performance, exchanging experiences between graduates and students, and working continuously to improve this performance.
Goals:
- Building various channels of communication to enhance the graduate’s relationship with his faculty and university.
- Building a database for the university’s top graduates.
- Preparing proposals for the development of the university’s graduate Administration.
- Updating the data of the graduates in the faculties of the university.
- Working on building distinguished external and internal relations for graduates, which will reflect positively on the development of the university environment.

| Calligraphers | Reviewing graduates’ patents and ministerial resoultions and matching them with the results of the various faculties, which are approved by the University President. Editing, reviewing and stamping the original certificates of graduates. A meeting for Administration members is held according to the invitation of the director of the administration once at the beginning of each semester to discuss the plan and distributing tasks. |
- Receiving draft ministerial resolutions related to granting academic degrees to graduates of university faculties for each role and reviewing them to ensure they are correct in accordance with the Article 73 of the executive regulations of the Universities Organizing Law.
- Maintaining adequate data about the graduates of the university’s faculties and their various specializations.
- Participation in conducting studies and research related to graduates and preparing the necessary reports to evaluate the results of examinations to ensure their advancement, attached with the necessary statistical studies.
- Reviewing the original and temporary graduation certificates, ensuring the integrity of the data, and taking procedures for their approval by the officials before documenting them from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
- Participation in the development of various forms and documents for graduates to be disseminated at faculty level.
- Participating in the technical preparation of the Council for Education and Student Affairs and conducting research and studies on the development of systems and regulations related to graduates and the relationship between the university and its graduates.
- Receiving inquiries from faculties regarding graduates and responding to them.
- Keep copies of the results of graduates of the faculties of the university as a primary source for reference.
- Keep copies of the ministerial resoultions issued in the matter of granting degrees for graduates, and inform the faculties, each in their respective fields.
- Carrying out the work of documentation, revision and Accreditation of the Bachelor’s degrees and accrediting them from Vice President of Education and Student Affairs
- Completing the editing of the original certificates of graduates of the year 2012 until the academic year 2016, the rounds of May – October – August – January.
