Vision: Building a balanced and integrated personality for male and female students to love their country and leadership, adhering to religious principles and authentic cultural and social values, capable of positive interaction and competition in their local and global community.

Mission: Providing an attractive university environment for male and female students through integrating the educational process and a wide range of extracurricular activities with high-quality programs and services so that male and female students can fill their spare time with what is useful, develop their skills, refine their talents, and urge them to be creative, innovative and global in order to be qualified to enter the labor market.

The Goals of the administration are what each activity aims at, and they are as follows:

1-Sports activity:

It aims at developing and refining sports skills, holding competitions in team and individual games among faculty students, and selecting university teams to participate in sports competitions at the level of Egyptian, Arab and African universities.

2- Cultural activity:

It includes poetry and zajal competitions, short stories, articles and wall magazines, as well as literary research competitions, the cultural competition and major religious competitions in memorizing the Holy Qur’an, the noble prophetic hadiths, Islamic culture, student journalism competitions and Arabic calligraphy.

3- Scouts and public service activities:

It is based on the implementation of scouting programs within the university through the roving stage, which aims to develop the capabilities of young people through the implementation of some competitions and scouting arts, in addition to other areas of activities that are practiced in the outdoor life at the university level and Egyptian, Arab and African universities.

4-Activities of Groups and Students unions:

In which all activities are practiced during student Groups in Faculties, and the Group is no less than 50 students who work through a spirit of cooperation among them to practice aspects of student activity. student unions that came through elections, The Student Union Council is formed at the faculties level and the University Student Union Council is composed of students’ representatives to express their opinions and desires.

5-Social activity:

It aims to increase community and development information and develop the spirit of loyalty and belonging to the homeland through trips, ideal student competitions, chess competitions, social research, and celebrations of various occasions.

6-Artistic activity:

It aims to raise the artistic sense of students by participating in choir group, theatrical arts, plastic arts, and exhibitions of all kinds. The best elements are chosen to form teams for active participation.

7-Scientific and technological activity:

It is practiced in science clubs at the university and works on developing and refining scientific talents and the ability to innovate through constructive activities and scientific research competitions.

In confirmation of the Distinction of student activity at Aswan University, and our constant Concern to serve students, the General Administration of Central Student Welfare express its sincere thanks and appreciation to all the sponsors of student activity at the university, and University Students Union. As well as everyone who contributed to providing constructive activities for the students.
