Aswan University Achieves Advanced Position in Responding to Citizen’s Complaints

Aswan university president Prof. Ahmed Ghallab declared that Aswan university gained an advanced rank among the Egyptian universities regarding responding to citizens’ complaints during January 2021 according to a report of Government Complaint Portal. Prof. Ghallab added that the university is trying to respond and provide solutions to the citizens’ complaints in the period from Jan. to Feb. 2021 through coordination between the university electronic system and Government Complaint Portal. Key Performance Indicators KPI showed the following figures:

  • 262 total complaints
  • 200 individual complaints
  • 62 group complaints
  • 262 executed complaints with 100% achievement rate

The complaints included:

  • 247 citizens
  • 11 governmental institutions
  • 2 civil societies
  • 1 resident

As from Jan to Dec. 2020

  • 83 total complaints
  • 66 individual complaints
  • 17 group complaints
  • 83 executed complaints
