Prof. Loai Saad Al-Din Nasrat, Acting President of Aswan University, participated in the ceremony organized by the Egyptian Ministry of Endowments on the occasion of the commemoration of the Prophet Muhammad’s birth (PBUH). The event was held at Al-Nasr Mosque on the Nile Corniche, in the presence of Brigadier General Ismail Kamal, Governor of Aswan, along with a distinguished group of executive, religious, and community leaders.
Prof. Loai Saad Al-Din Nasrat extended his congratulations to H.E. President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, the Egyptian people, and the people of Aswan on this blessed occasion. He emphasized that the memory of the Prophet’s birth serves as a source of inspiration for values, principles, mercy, benevolence, sacrifice, and dedication to serving the nation values that drive development and production in light of the New Republic.
He further underscored the pivotal role of the university in promoting awareness, tolerance, and enlightened thinking among youth, while combating destructive ideas and isolating them from the traps of extremism and harmful ideologies.
Finally, he prayed to Almighty God to protect Egypt’s leadership, government, and people from all harm amid the challenges and dangers surrounding our beloved nation. He stressed that this noble occasion calls for greater unity and solidarity within the Egyptian community.
