Aswan University, participates with a student delegation headed by Prof. Ayman Mahmoud Othman, in the third educational session to develop national awareness, confront rumors and enhance national identity, which is held under the auspices of Dr. Mohamed Ayman Ashour – Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research – and Dr. Ashraf Sobhy – Minister of Youth and Sports – and Major General. Amr Hanafi – Governor of Red Sea – and Dr. Youssef Gharbawy – President of South Valley University – and Dr. Ayman Othman – Aswan University president – whose activities were launched yesterday, and are organized by South Valley University in Hurghada from 19 to 22 November, with the participation of the universities of southern Upper Egypt.
Prof. Ayman Othman stressed the importance of the university’s participation in such events, which contribute to shape the students’ national conscience and working to build their national personality through developing their culture to participate in such youth and student courses and forums, in which group of specialized experts from university professors lectures to correct misconceptions. University youth, keeping them away from destructive ideas, and working to strengthen belonging and loyalty to the homeland because the youth represent a supportive force in building the future under the new republic, within the framework of the directives of President Abdel-Fattah El-Sisi, President of the Republic, and the Ministers of Higher Education and Youth and Sports.
Prof. Ayman Othman added that a student delegation is participating in the session to maximize the benefit from the activities of the third educational session, which includes educational lectures to increase national awareness and the role of the state in preserving national identity, concepts and dimensions of national security, and challenges and threats affecting Egyptian national security, including rumors that work to spread Chaos and lies.
The participating delegation from Aswan University also took souvenir photos with Dr. Ayman Othman, and his excellency urged the students to maximize the benefit of the course for the benefit of the individual and the country.
