Under the patronage of Prof. Loai Saad El-Deen Nasrat, Acting President of Aswan University, the university participated in the training program entitled “Preparing Social Innovation Leaders”, organized by the Leadership Development Institute in Helwan. The program was held from April 9 to 11, 2025, under the auspices of the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, with the participation of a distinguished group of experts and specialists.
The university’s participation was supported by Prof. Loai Saad El-Din, University President, and Prof. Ashraf Imam, Vice President for Community Service and Environment Development Affairs. The aim was to develop students’ skills in innovation and entrepreneurship, and to equip them with the tools needed to transform their ideas into viable projects.
The university was represented by a delegation of five students, under the supervision of Teaching Assistant Ahmed Nasser Ibrahim from Faculty of Social Work. Aswan University continues to support and empower its students to become leaders in their communities and in the labor market.
