Aswan University took part in the conference “Drafting Contracts, their Disputes” that was held in Aswan and organized by the State Lawsuits Authority under the chairmanship of the Authority chairman counselor Hussin Abdo. The conference was attended by Aswan university president Prof. Ahmed Ghallab, Aswan governorate’s general secretary Maj. Gen. Hazem Ezzat as a deputy of Aswan Governor Maj. Gen. Ahmed Ibrahim, the vice university president of community service and environmental affairs Prof. Ahmed Sayed Khalil, the dean of the faculty of law Prof. Tharwat Abd Al-Aal and a group of State’s Lawsuits Authority’s leaders as well as some public, executive and security leaders. For his part Prof. Ghallab praised the conference that highlighted the Authority role in drafting contracts entrusted to it for protecting the state against the inaccurate drafted contracts, he said that the Congress handled the procedures of drafting contracts accurately for preventing any obstacles when implementing them or asking compensation for violating an unclear text in the contract. It should be noted that Prof. Ghallab granted the University Shield to the counselor Hussin Abdo in recognition of his outstanding efforts to promote the State’s Lawsuits Authority.
