Shabab Badr honors Aswan University President for supporting youth activities

In a Gesture of Appreciation Reflecting the Spirit of Cooperation Between Educational and Youth Institutions, Prof. Loay Saad El-Deen Nasrat, Acting President of Aswan University, received today Badr Youth Center’s Guidance Team, led by leader Heba Mohamed Ahmed, to present him with a shield of appreciation on behalf of the team. The award was presented on behalf of Dr. Nasser Selim, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Youth and Sports in Aswan, in recognition of Dr. Nasrat’s supportive efforts and continuous backing of the team, as well as his active participation in various cultural, awareness, and guidance events aimed at empowering children and youth.

During the meeting, Prof. Loay Saad El-Deen emphasized that supporting youth and awareness activities is an integral part of the university’s mission toward society. He added that the university always strives to build bridges of cooperation with youth centers to promote values of belonging and to foster enlightened national awareness among the rising generations.

Heba Mohamed added that the Ministry of Youth and Sports gives great attention to the guidance team, with direct supervision from Captain Essam Fouad, Director of the Youth Department, and with clear efforts by Captain Gomaa Mohamed Mostafa, Chairman of the Badr Youth Center.

Leader Heba Mohamed Ahmed stated, “We greatly value the pioneering role played by Prof. Loay Saad El-Deen in supporting youth work teams. We have witnessed firsthand his keenness to intellectually and culturally empower young people, which motivated us to honor him in appreciation of his contributions.”

She confirmed that the team continues its efforts throughout the year to carry out awareness campaigns and educational seminars that serve societal issues, within an effective partnership with all state institutions, foremost among them Aswan University.
