Faculty of Agriculture Concluded a Training Course on Dairy Products Processing and Quality

The faculty of agriculture and natural resources concluded a training course on Dairy Products Processing and Quality which continued for 2 days in the presence of Aswan university president Prof. Ahmed Ghallab. The dean of the faculty of agriculture Prof. Yasser Abd Al Hamid Deyab said that the workshop aimed at clarifying the quality foundations in dairy factories, 30 students of the different faculty departments participated in the event that was held in the faculty’s dairy sciences and technology lab. He added that the workshop handled the mechanism of processing some dairy products like pasteurized milk, sterilized milk, ice cream, yogurt, cooked cheese, Cheddar and Damietta cheese.
