Today, the Directorate of Youth and Sports in Aswan held the final of Youth Centers Cup at Aswan University Sports Stadium, whereas Aswan University Sports Stadium hosted the final match of Youth Centres Cup organized by the Directorate of Youth and Sports in Aswan, in attendance of Dr. Ahmed Shabaan_ Aswan Deputy governor, Fathy Abdel-Hafez_ Undersecretary of Ministry of Youth and Sports in Aswan, Dr. Magdy Mohamed Ali_ Vice President of Aswan University for Community Service and Environment Development, Dr. Adel Mekki_ Faculty of Physical Education Dean, and a number of executive and popular governorate leaders in Aswan.
The Undersecretary of Ministry of Youth and Sports in Aswan handed over the shield of the Directorate of Youth and Sports to Dr. Ahmed Ghallab_ Aswan University President, appreciating for his tangible efforts in the construction boom of sports facilities witnessed by Aswan University, and in appreciation of productive cooperation between the two parties.
Dr. Ahmed Ghallab Mohamed_ Aswan University President, witnessed the Youth Centres Cup Final at Aswan University Sports Stadium in Sahari, stating that the sports facilities at Aswan University are witnessing an unprecedented boom after the completion of the facilities of University Sports Stadium to host sports, valuable tournaments and student activities, with seating for 2,000 spectators.
Fathi Abdel-Hafez_ Undersecretary of Ministry of Youth and Sports in Aswan, stated that the results of the tournament are that Abu Simbel team in Nasr Al Nuba winning the first place, and the Bahreef Youth Center team winning the second place. The championship trophy was gifted to the first-place winner, and shields, prizes, medals and trophies were distributed to the participating teams that achieved top places.
