Appointing Prof. Loai Saad El-Din Nasrat Mansour, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs, as Acting President of Aswan University. According to the decision of Prof. Ayman Ashour, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research and that from August 1, 2024.
For his part, Prof. Loai Saad El-Din Nasrat, Acting President of Aswan University, expressed his gratitude and appreciation to the political leadership and wise leadership of President Abdel-Fattah El-Sisi, President of the Republic, and also to Dr. Mostafa Madbouly, Prime Minister, and Dr. Ayman Ashour, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, for renewing confidence in him to assume the position of Acting President of Aswan University when the decision is issued by the concerned or competent authorities.
It is worth noting that the Republican Decree was issued for appointing Prof. Loai Saad El-Din Nasrat as Vice President of Aswan University for Education and Student Affairs for four years.
Prof. Loai Saad El-Din Nasrat was the Dean of Faculty of Engineering, Aswan University, by presidential decree, and the Dean of Faculty of Commerce, Aswan University. He also held several administrative positions at Aswan University, starting as Head of the Electrical Engineering Department at Faculty of Engineering, then Vice Dean of the Faculty, then Vice President of the University for Education and Student Affairs, then Acting President of Aswan University. He has many scientific researches and participated in several national and developmental engineering projects in the governorate.
