Aswan University announces a Student Competition for Youth Field Initiatives

Aswan University, in collaboration with Addiction Treatment & Abuse Fund, announces a competition for students to implement youth field initiatives as part of the national strategy for combating drugs (2025–2028), under the slogan “You Are Stronger Than Drugs” and the major initiative “Stop” at Aswan University.

The competition invites students to execute individual or group initiatives, with each team consisting of 5 members, aimed at raising awareness about the issue and dangers of drugs. The target groups include youth, children, families, and the elderly.

The initiatives can be executed either inside or outside the university, in villages, youth centers, charitable organizations, or as electronic content such as plays, short films, poetry, or stories.

To participate, you need to register through the competition link and submit a proposal for the initiative in PDF format, which should include:

  • Name of the initiative
  • Individual or group participation
  • Target group
  • A brief description of the initiative
  • Duration of implementation
  • Proposed budget
  • Implementation mechanisms

Submissions must be made within 5 days of the announcement of the competition via the electronic registration link. The initiatives will be implemented during the month of Ramadan, and the works must be submitted as photocopies and documented in a compressed file to the WhatsApp number: 01025320569.

All works must be submitted by the last day of Ramadan.
