Seminar on “Facing Rumors” to work on developing students’ awareness

Dr. Mona Arafa – Head of the Department of Fundamentals of Education and the lecturer of the workshop, explained the concept of rumors, the impact of rumors on the individual and society, ways to confront rumors and how to prevent their spread.

While Prof. Ahmed Kamel Al-Rashidi – former dean of the Faculty of Education emphasized * the educational factors that help limit the spread of rumors and how to judge the mind and not listen to everything we hear from others *

Dr. Manal Muhammad Khoudary – Vice Dean of the College of Education for Environmental and Community Service Affairs * added that confronting and fighting rumors starts from proper upbringing and upbringing and even the behavior of individuals and societies that prevents the spread of these rumors *

Mr. Hassan Ahmed Al-Sayed – Secretary of the Faculty of Education * dealt with the religious aspect of confronting rumors and how to overcome them with wisdom and adherence to religious beliefs *
