Art Galleries

The Faculty of Specific Education – Aswan University – is keen, during the academic year, to hold art exhibitions supervised by the Departments of Art Education and Home Economics, and includes the artworks executed by the students under the supervision of the faculty members and the supporting staff. These exhibitions reveal the artistic talent and skill that characterizes the students of the department. Which are refined by theoretical and practical study. These exhibitions are held inside the college or in museums located in Aswan. They include handicrafts, photography, sculpting and pottery works, in addition to printing, crochet, and models of clothing and weaving.

Under the auspices of Prof. Dr. Ayman Othman – President of the University, Prof. Dr. Muhammad Abdul Hamid Rashid – Dean of the College, accompanied by Eng. Irene Fayez – Director of the African Cultural Center in Aswan, inaugurated the graduation project for fourth year students – Art Education Division under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Rania Reda Head of the Department of Art Education and Prof. Dr. Mona Fathi – Assistant Professor of Ceramics, and Dr. Sally Samir – Teacher of Printing in the Department of Art Education at the college. The exhibition included many artworks produced by students in the field of design, sculpture, printing, ceramics and distinguished artistic paintings that reflected the practical and practical aspect of the academic year 2021/2022 AD.
