Environmental projects follow-up administration

It is subject to the directive of the Director General of Environmental Projects.. It performs the following tasks:

  1. Supervising management personnel.
  2. Supervising the preparation and design of an integrated system to follow up the implementation of research projects.
  3. Seeking the assistance of university experts in designing the documentary courses necessary to control work in applied research projects to achieve their specific goals.
  4. Cooperating with university faculties, work teams and specialized committees to implement applied research projects to determine the implementation of these projects.
  5. Supervising the preparation of analytical studies of project implementation data on a regular basis, identifying the difficulties and problems it faces, and proposing appropriate solutions to address them.
  6. Supervising the records necessary for the implementation of various projects.
  7. Submitting the necessary proposals to develop applied research projects and achieve their objectives.
