The university provides many important services to take care of the health status of students and Academic staff, and among the forms of these services are meals provided by (University central restaurant). These services did not stop there. It covers all categories by providing services at various and diverse food outlets at the university. Taking into consideration Food Specification and the conditions included in the contracts to provide Healthy food at affordable prices for everyone.

* Terms, conditions and specifications of the food provided by food outlets:-

The cafeteria works during the full study day with the end of the daily lectures, and the cafeteria opens on dates set by the university at any time in the morning or evening.

In case there are expired items, a fine is imposed on the contractor. In case of a repeat violation, the university has the right to terminate the contract.

Commitment to the cleanliness of the cafeteria and its surroundings, and not to place any cafeteria waste inside the university campus, with putting large bins for garbage, assembling and transporting it outside the university campus.

In case of violation of the hygiene conditions, a fine shall be imposed, with an increase in it each time it is repeated.

Food is provided, taking into account complete cleanliness, and the cafeteria and outlets are equipped with the necessary tools for students.

It is prohibited to bring any narcotics or alcoholic beverages inside the university campus.

* With regard to Corona pandemic:

– According to the precautionary measures related to (Corona) disease, all cafeteria workers are obligated to wear masks and gloves throughout their stay inside the cafeteria and university campuses, and in case of violation of this, a financial fine will be imposed on each individual who violates that.

Providing all personal disinfectants and sterilizers for all employees, including alcohol, soap, and other items.

Closing the cafeteria in case appearing any case of Corona Virus to any of its employees or any of the students with symptoms for a period of two weeks, during which the place is disinfected and sterilized.

* Prices circulated inside food outlets:

Prices are set according to the market-rate.

When amending prices and adding items that are not on the list, this is done through presentation and approval by the responsible and competent authority.
