       Aswan University announces vacancies including “Teaching assistants in Academic departments and Interns in clinical departments through three-year secondment from the parties assigned in them.

Note: Application starts from 12/2/2024 for a period of 15 days and ends on 26/2/2024.

* General conditions: –

1- The applicant must be a graduates of Faculty of Medicine – Aswan University.

2 – It is required to obtain at least a good grade in the Bachelor’s degree in Medicine and Surgery, and it is also required that his grade in the specialty subject should not be less than (Very Good). If there are no applicants who have obtained a grade of (Very Good) in the specialty subject, it is permissible to nominate one of those who obtained a grade of (Good). In the subject of specialization.

3- He must have completed the internship, and is allowed to apply for these positions during the last two months of the internship for the batch of 2021/2022, and must not have been dishonorably discharged at any time during the internship.

4- It must not to be more than one year has passed since the end of the internship.

5- Anyone who has previously been nominated for the position of internship in another specialty at Aswan University Hospitals or a teaching assistant at Faculty of Medicine is not allowed to apply for this position.

6- It is not allowed to change the wishes of the form after submitting it to the General Administration of Physicians’ Affairs at Aswan University Hospitals.

7- Providing the General Administration of Physicians’ Affairs with the approval of the employer.

  Applications must be submitted in the name of Professor/ Dean of Faculty of Medicine and Chairman of Board of Directors of University Hospitals on the form prepared for this purpose at the General Administration of Physicians’ Affairs, starting from February 12, 2024, for a period of fifteen days ending on February 24, 2024. No applications will be accepted after this date with the following attached documents: –

1.

A copy of the graduation certificate.

A copy of a certificate of completion of the internship period for those who have completed the training year.

A copy of the subject assessment certificate during the years of study.

A copy of the national ID.

A copy of the birth certificate.

The position on recruitment for male.

Original employer approval for doctors working in the government.

5.

5- Statement of the Internship year for doctors whose training will end on February 29, 2024.

 

They are assigned work after the issuance of the assignment decision from the Ministry of Health and secondment decision from their directorates.

Applications that arrive before or after the end of the advertising period or applications that do not meet the conditions will not be considered.

In addition to the above, all applicants for these positions are required to meet the conditions stipulated in Law No. 49 of 1972 regulating public authorities, and Law No. 81 of 2016 in addition to the civil service and its initial regulations.
